The philosophy of Sonian Wood Coop is to make the best use of the local resources available to us. Sonian Wood Coop examines each tree individually and establishes, in cooperation with the entire wood value chain, the most appropriate use, taking into account the unique characteristics of the different trees. The fruit of this process is the supply of limited editions of local wood. Sonianwood offers a payback and recovery solution for its parquet, thanks to a glueless and screwless installation.

Acoustic ceiling panels. The acoustic ceiling panels are clad with durable and aesthetically pleasing QuickClip® profiles in solid wood, and installed with open spacing. Thanks to carefully spaced slats, an Isover Climliner 602 glass wool slab and correct spacing between the slats and the ceiling, undesired sound waves are absorbed to ensure perfect acoustics. A wide range of options are available for finishing the wooden ceiling panels, including charring, brushing, oils and stains, all of which leave acoustic qualities intact.

The modular chair Neo from Mobitec

Ecodesign and sustainability were the priorities when designing the NEO chair, whose entire life cycle was considered from the first sketches. The chair is designed so that it can be easily dismantled if it fails to meet requirements. Damaged parts can thus be easily replaced, saving resources. Making it easy to repair, maintain or replace every part and upholstery of the chair extends the product’s lifespan and reduces the number of pieces of furniture ending up in landfills. The upholstery is available in Mango/Berry fabrics, that are in the VIVALIFE range are Oekotex certified, contain no PFC chemicals, are made from recycled fibres and are fully recyclable. The manufacturing process is 100% Belgian and no water is used to grow the fibres or dry the fabric.

Designed by Nathan Yong, the N2 Lounge chair is an inviting piece that will add warmth to any interior. It is made entirely from solid oak wood and finished with a hardwax oil. This strong and natural material ensures the piece will last for generations and is easy to repair. The N2 lounge chair is offered for rent by Live Light, who makes sure the piece will be reused over and over again and refurbished when needed. Produced by Ethnicraft in Serbia. 42% recycled materials Made in France. LAIME is a collection of upholstered seats, Lounge type, available in fireside chair, armchair, sofa and ottoman. It adapts to a multitude situations, in the workplace or at home. Its tubular structure is in lacquered steel. All upholstered parts are made from 35% recycled foam. A large choice of fabrics is available, natural and/or recycled fibers.

Laime 42 coach

42% recycled materials Made in France. Laime is a line of armchairs, fireside chairs and poufs. The frame is made of recycled steel tubing. The seats and backs are covered by untinted French wool fabric. Laime comes in models with and without armrests. « At first glance, Laime seems to not take up the recycling challenge. The chair is made up of a tubular steel structure worked around the seat cushion on which the back is placed. The seat overflows the structure and seems to slide between the metal tubes. A crimped effect lends bounty and generosity to the whole. »

Kwart chair

The KWART is a comfortable design chair designed by Ton Haas. With its airy seat and strong construction, little material is needed to produce this chair and it is light in weight. The KWART can take a beating and is ideal for busy and frequently used areas such as canteens and informal spaces, but also for the home or patio. Lowest eco-footprint! In June 2021, an independent agency gave KWART an LCA of 0.25. This makes KWART by far the chair with the lowest eco-footprint currently available on the market. This is partly because the chair is produced in the Netherlands from fully recycled plastic. Moreover, Circuform uses a deposit for this chair, which is paid back when the chair is returned. Regardless of the condition of the chair. We reuse the plastic in our production process, and so the circle of the KWART is complete.

Rex chair

Circuform has relaunched an already award winning design by Ineke Hans from 2011. The result is the REX which has since been snapped up by several museums. The design has been re-engineered and with newly built injection moulds suitable for recyclable materials, resulting in a chair which is both sustainable and completely recyclable. The production has the lowest possible ecological impact. The REX, for example, is made from recycled PA6 from office chair components, fishing nets, carpets, as well as industrial waste.

It has two recycled plastic shells on a framework of recycled steel wire. « The Sen chair is a metal cord strung like a branch on which sits a wooden leaf. ROB – A simple chair. Dimensions 48cm (W) x 85cm (H) x 51cm (D) Functional, light and comfortable, the ROB chair will fit perfectly into a refined interior. Its wooden base (in beech, oak or walnut) is customizable, with several finishes available. On the upholstery side, we offer Mango and Berry, fabrics with the VIVALIFE label: these fabrics are durable (certified Oekotex Standard 100 and recyclable up to 10 times), washable, resistant and coloured. What’s more, Mango and Berry offer a very wide range of colors. With a height of 47 cm, ROB chair is suitable for a standard table height.

It’s the slightly unnatural alliance of a tray made of recycled plastic, a base of recycled oak stained with walnut, and brass struts. Ghan comes in 2 sizes. « The legs of the Ghan table have stories to tell: they are made from off-cuts of railway sleepers, and treated by fire. The recycled plastic tray is crimped and slid between two blocks of solid wood. There’s a balance between the rough, thick table base and the soft lines of the tray. »
